Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

For destinations outside the United States, please check availability and applicable shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery Time

U.S. orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after the order is placed. This estimate includes both order processing and transit time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be shared when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including any apartment or unit number.

If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s reception before contacting us.

For damaged items, please keep the packaging and share photos of the item and packaging to help us investigate.
